Sailor Moon cosplay PROGRESS

This is my 6 year old niece, Summer, wearing the first cosplay I have ever made. It is still unfinished. I have to make the bow have more support, add the stripes on the sailor flap, and put the back bow on. I don't have gloves or boots, so I'm not sure what she'll wear for those. I can make a tiara, but I'm not sure how to make it stick on her head. She looks adorable with Usagi's hairstyle, but I won't have the red hair decorations, unless I make them out of...something. I'm not sure if paper is the right thing for the job. Probably not. Anyway, I will update more when it's finished
